Cybersecurity Learning Collaborative

We are excited to announce our 6-part Cybersecurity Learning Collaborative Webinar series on Security Risk Analysis. This is open to all our participating health centers to achieve the network objective around Data Protection for “ensuring the security protection of data by completing a security risk analysis and having a breach mitigation and response plan in place.”

KLAS Arch Collabortive

EHR Experience Survey

As an area of PTECH support to address provider burden, the KLAS Arch Collaborative Survey is the chosen approach as the first step to objectively assess their experience of using the EHR before we move ahead to improvement or optimization support opportunities.

We are encouraging all 46 members of PTECH to participate in this unique, first of its kind opportunity for FQHCs to objectively understand the experience of using the EHR by the clinical staff at your health center whether there is an opportunity to address the findings now or in the future

  • Health Center Network participation includes 7 networks all taking same survey at the same time representing 148 health centers, 33 states, and 20 EHRs

  • Survey Questions cover traits of user (role, location of care, etc.) and EHR usage (needs met, mastery, etc.)

Survey launches on September 14 and will be open for 6 weeks through October 23

If you wish to learn more about the Arch Collaborative please reach out to your PTECH liaison or schedule a 1:1 meeting in the header above.
