In the time of the Public Health Emergency, we have witnessed first-hand the disparities that disproportionally and so acutely affects communities where social determinates are a significant risk factor to health. In conjunction with the PTECH Network, the AllianceChicago‘s Research Team is planning to convene a focus group to learn about ways to support you using aggregate and patient-level data on social risk factors to support coordinated, effective interventions and to engage in research activities.
